Hello, I'm Kayleigh.
I'm a qualified IDVA (independent Domestic violence advisor), which means by day I risk assess, safety plan and support clients. I validate, empower, listen and fight their corner, I support with everything that feels too heavy and I prioritise their safety.
I'm also trained in delivering trauma informed sessions and I have a degree in Psychology. My background is in teaching, working with families who are experiencing child and adolescent to parent violence and abuse and the learning and development of domestic abuse related training.
I have a diploma in Clinical and Pastoral Counselling, women's empowerment coaching diploma and a qualification in supporting survivors of sexual abuse using the empowerment model through my time at Rape Crisis. My personal life experience empowers me to support others with empathy, compassion and authenticity.
